Kithul rolling pin
Handmade baking rolls made of kithul wood. They are ideal for rolling out fondant, pizza, pasta or shortcrust pastry. They are made on the south coast of Sri Lanka. Products of this type of wood are made exclusively from kithul palms, which are no longer used agriculturally.
